Her music career accelerated during the pandemic, with her covers and original songs gaining immense popularity on platforms like YouTube and Spotify. She released her debut single "Khwaab" in 2022, which garnered over 10 million streams and 30 million views. Anumita has also collaborated with other artists, such as Kevin Shaji (Pina Colada Blues) on the song "Tera Nishaan."
