Immemorial is a Polish death metal band formed in 1997 in the Pomeranian town of Elblag. The band's early work includes the demo "Ius Primae Noctis," recorded in 1998 at Selani Studios, a notable location for bands like Vader and Behemoth. This demo was well-received in both mainstream and underground music circles. Immemorial went on to release two full-length albums: "Monologue" in 2001 and "After Deny" in 2003, both through Conquer Records. The band performed live alongside prominent metal acts and gained a following in Poland and abroad before eventually disbanding.
Their music style blends elements of melodic death and black metal, showcasing a raw and energetic sound. Despite the band's eventual dissolution, their contributions to the Polish metal scene remain notable. Some of their notable tracks include "Betrothal With The Death" and "A Nightmare," which were featured on compilation CDs like "Blood To Come" from the magazine "Thrash'em All."
