Māris Sirmais
Māris Sirmais is a Latvian conductor and artistic director best known for his work with the State Choir Latvija, one of the Baltic region’s most celebrated vocal ensembles. A champion of choral music, he’s carved out a niche blending sacred works, contemporary compositions, and Latvian cultural heritage into emotionally charged performances.
