Hate Squad

Hate Squad is a German thrash metal and hardcore band hailing from Hannover, formed back in 1993 by Burkhard Schmitt (vocals), Tim Baurmeister (guitar), Helge Dolgener (drums), and Robert Radeka (bass). They quickly made a mark in the metal scene with their aggressive yet groovy sound, releasing their debut demo "Theater of Hate" in 1994, which led to a record deal and a loyal fanbase. Over the years, they blended a potent mix of thrash and hardcore, earning recognition such as being named "Newcomer of the Year" on VIVA's Metalla show in 1995. They've toured with big names like Kreator and Pyogenesis and have a solid discography including albums like *IQ Zero* and *Reborn from Ashes*. Their music is known for its intense energy and raw aggression, a reflection of their commitment to keeping thrash metal alive with a fresh, groovy edge.

Despite lineup changes over the years, Hate Squad has maintained their core thrash roots and driven spirit. Their work includes notable releases like *Until I Die* and *Death List*, demonstrating their continued presence in the metal world decades after their formation.
