Hank Ruff is a rising country music artist originally from Southern Indiana, known for his fresh take on classic '90s country sounds blended with a modern edge. Named after Hank Williams Sr., he grew up in a musical family and started playing mandolin at bluegrass jams when he was just 11, before shifting to guitar and classic country tunes. A graduate of Indiana University, Hank began writing songs in high school, often co-writing with his dad, and has built a strong following with his neo-traditional style that features fiddle, steel guitar, and energetic live performances.
His debut EP, *Hellbender* (2024), hit #1 on the iTunes all-genre chart, propelling him further on the national stage. He tours with his band The Hellbenders and has opened for big names like Jelly Roll, Hardy, Jordan Davis, and Michael Ray. Some of his latest releases include “Love You With the Lights On,” “One Thing I Can Count On,” and “If the Boot Fits.” Known for songs that blend heartfelt storytelling with toe-tapping rhythms, Hank Ruff is gaining momentum as a fresh voice in country music, and he continues to write and perform extensively across the Midwest and beyond.
