JoyBoy is a hardcore punk band from San Diego, California. Formed in 2019, the band quickly gained a following for their energetic live shows and their blend of classic hardcore with elements of thrash and metal. Their music is characterized by its fast tempos, aggressive vocals, and catchy melodies. JoyBoy has released several EPs and splits, including their 2021 split with Apprehend and their 2022 Split EP. They have also toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe.
