Elisabeth Fuchs is a German conductor and violinist who has made a name for herself in the classical music world. Born in Munich, Fuchs studied violin and conducting at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München. She has since gone on to lead some of the world's most prestigious orchestras, including the Berlin Philharmonic, the Vienna Philharmonic, and the New York Philharmonic. Fuchs is known for her passionate and energetic performances, and she has been praised for her ability to bring out the best in her musicians. In addition to her work as a conductor, Fuchs is also a dedicated educator, and she has taught at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München and the Juilliard School.
