Night Idea is an indie rock band from Chicago, Illinois. The band was formed in 2012 by vocalist and guitarist Nate Amos, bassist Matt Williams, and drummer Andy Bauer. Night Idea's music is characterized by its dreamy, atmospheric sound and introspective lyrics. The band has released two full-length albums, "Breathing Cold" (2015) and "Paths" (2018), as well as a number of EPs and singles. Night Idea has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has shared the stage with bands such as The War on Drugs, DIIV, and Beach Fossils.
