He initially gained fame as the lead vocalist of the tropical music group Ráfaga, a position he held for 14 years. In 2017, Tapari embarked on a solo career, releasing singles like "Y para qué sufrir" and "Que ya no me llame." His acoustic project *Íntimo* in 2018 earned him a nomination for Best Tropical Male Artist at the Premios Gardel.
