Soldat Louis
Soldat Louis is a French rock band from Lorient, Brittany, known for blending traditional Celtic music with rock and sea shanty influences. Formed in the late 1980s, they made a huge splash with their debut album “Première bordée” in 1988, which featured the runaway hit “Du rhum, des femmes”—a rowdy sea-chanty style anthem that quickly became a cult classic in France.
