Das Lumpenpack

Das Lumpenpack is a vibrant German band known for their witty lyrics and captivating stage presence. Initially formed as a duo by Maximilian Kennel and Jonas Frömming, the band expanded to a five-piece lineup in 2020, adding Alexandra Eckert on drums, Jason Bartsch on guitar and keyboards, and Lola Schrode on bass. Their music blends elements of pop, rock, ska, and punk, often incorporating humor and satire to address social issues. With roots in the poetry slam scene, Das Lumpenpack has evolved into a dynamic live act, performing at numerous festivals and venues across Germany. Their energetic performances and engaging lyrics have earned them a significant following, with over 700,000 monthly Spotify listeners and more than 350 million streams.

Das Lumpenpack's journey began with their debut album *Steil-geh-LP* in 2013, followed by *Steil II* in 2015. They gained further recognition as the house band for the TV show *Nightwash* in 2017. Their music often reflects on life's disillusionments and societal observations, infused with a sense of humor and vulnerability.
