Qalam Band

Qalam Band is a Malaysian music group from Perak, known for their pop rock and balada rock genres. The band consists of five members: Muhd Zainol Mohd Nor (Eynol) on vocals, Faizwan Farman Bin Farod Hasfardy (Faizwan) on guitar, Muhammad Hanif Bin Omar (Hanif) on keyboards, Wan Muhammad Mukhrizad Bin Wan Mokhtar (Izad) on bass, and Muhammad Alias Mohd Esa (Lyas) on drums. They gained recognition after participating in a "Battle Of The Band" competition in Seri Iskandar, Perak, in 2011, where they placed second. Their music career took off under the guidance of Sheikh Qalam, with their debut single "Dilamun Rindu" becoming a hit in 2012. The band has continued to produce popular songs, including collaborations with other artists like Rafidah Ibrahim on "Rintihan Kalbu" in 2014.

Qalam Band's music style blends catchy melodies with heartfelt lyrics, resonating with fans across Malaysia. Their recent releases include "Dilamun Rindu (Remix 2025)" and other festive tracks like "Raikan Raya" and "Seloka Hari Raya." The band's performances have been featured on national platforms such as RTM's "Selamat Pagi Malaysia," showcasing their growing influence in the Malaysian music scene.
