Samoyed is an indie rock band from Brooklyn, New York. The band was formed in 2015 and consists of vocalist and guitarist Sam Cantor, bassist and vocalist Max Garcia, and drummer and vocalist Jake Brooks. Samoyed's music is characterized by its dreamy, atmospheric sound and introspective lyrics. The band has released two EPs, "Spit" and "Sloe Eyes," and a full-length album, "Always from This Point." Samoyed has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has shared the stage with bands such as The War on Drugs, DIIV, and Beach Fossils.
