Nobles Gambia is an Afropop group formed in Nema Kunku, The Gambia, in 2013. The group consists of members Aya, T. Berry, and Chemi (though some sources mention Pablo instead of Chemi). They are known for their energetic stage presence and captivating dance moves, which have made them a notable force in the Gambian music scene. Initially starting as solo artists, they came together to make a difference in the Gambian music industry. Their music often blends diverse Gambian cultural elements, aiming to promote unity and celebrate the country's rich cultural heritage.
Nobles Gambia gained significant recognition with their hit song "Kom Kom (Marry me)," which became the first Gambian music to air on prominent African TV channels. They have also released an EP titled "Bukanom," meaning "My people," which featured collaborations with veteran Gambian musicians. Their mission is to spread love and unity through their music, while working towards becoming one of Africa's biggest music groups. Despite their local success, they are now focusing on expanding their reach into international markets.
