Ghosty

Ghosty is the professional name of Bradley Robert Moss, a talented British record producer and DJ from East London, known for his significant impact on the UK drill and rap music scenes. Born on September 2, 2000, Ghosty developed a passion for music production at a young age, inspired by a DJ neighbor and starting with a Serato Mixtrack Pro gifted by his mother. He honed his skills mixing jungle and drum and bass before transitioning into producing drill beats, influenced by American producers like Lex Luger and Southside. Ghosty gained prominence in 2019 after producing Digga D's hit "No Diet," which reached number 20 on the UK Singles Chart. Since then, he has worked with major artists such as Central Cee, Headie One, Dave, and 22Gz, establishing himself as one of the UK's top producers. He signed a publishing deal with Sony Music Publishing in 2020 and continues to be a driving force in contemporary British hip hop and drill music.

This Ghosty should not be confused with the indie rock band Ghosty from Lawrence, Kansas, formed in 1999, known for their alternative guitar-driven rock sound and positive reviews from NPR. That band consists of members like Andrew Connor and Richard Gintowt and has released albums such as *Grow Up or Sleep In* produced with Mike Mogis. The name Ghosty is shared by different artists in different genres, but given the track list like "Snitch," "Haunted House," and "The Haunting Beat Tape," it fits best with the UK producer Ghosty (Bradley Moss) who is active in contemporary music production.
