K.Sridhar-Sarod

K. Sridhar is a renowned sarod player with a rich musical heritage. He began learning the sarod at the age of five from Ustad Zia Mohiuddin Dagar, a master of the Dhrupad tradition. Despite his south Indian origins, Sridhar is deeply trained in Hindustani music and has mastered both Hindustani and Carnatic traditions—a rare feat among musicians. He has toured extensively and performed globally, including tours with the W.O.M.A.D. festivals and collaborations with various artists.
