HipHarpCollective is a musical collective that blends the sounds of hip-hop, jazz, and world music. The group was founded in 2010 by harpist Brandee Younger and rapper/producer J. Ivy. HipHarpCollective's music is characterized by its soulful melodies, thought-provoking lyrics, and innovative use of the harp. The group has released several albums and EPs, including "Reflections" (2016) and "Afro Blue" (2018). HipHarpCollective has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has performed at major festivals such as the Newport Jazz Festival and the Glastonbury Festival.
