Jadranka Barjaktarovic

Jadranka Barjaktarović is a Montenegrin pop-folk singer born on October 11, 1981, in Berane, Montenegro. She first gained major attention in 2005 when she finished third in the second season of the popular music competition Zvezde Granda. Two years later, she won first prize at the festival in Cetinje with her song "Tvoja noć i moja zora." Her debut album, "Krv sam tvoja," was released in 2009 under Grand Production and featured standout tracks like "Laka," which remains one of her most recognized songs. Over the years, she has been active in the music scene, releasing singles such as "Luzeru," "Urgentni centar," and live performances like "Sreco moja." Around 2020 and 2021, Barjaktarović attracted controversy due to some of her performances, sparking debates in Serbia, Republika Srpska, and Montenegro. Despite this, she has maintained a dedicated fanbase and continues to be an influential figure in the Balkan pop-folk genre.
