The John Renbourn Group was a British folk-rock band formed in 1965 by guitarist and singer John Renbourn. The group's music was characterized by Renbourn's intricate fingerstyle guitar playing and the use of traditional folk instruments such as the dulcimer and the hurdy-gurdy. The group released several albums in the late 1960s and early 1970s, including "The John Renbourn Group" (1968), "A Maid in Bedlam" (1970), and "The Enchanted Garden" (1971). The group disbanded in 1973, but Renbourn continued to perform and record as a solo artist.
