The Higher Creatures
The Higher Creatures are a Filipino indie rock band formed in 2016. The band consists of vocalist and guitarist Carlos Castañeda, bassist and vocalist Jake Manalo, and drummer and vocalist Yan Yuzon. The band's music is characterized by its dreamy, ethereal sound, which has been compared to the likes of The Cure and The Smiths. The Higher Creatures have released two EPs, "Amiga Ra" (2017) and "Wavy" (2018), and are currently working on their debut album.
