**Myth Carver** is a traditional heavy metal band hailing from Dallas, Texas, formed in late 2020 by guitarists Tom Reyes and Jayson Braffett, who go way back as collaborators jamming on '80s metal vibes. They rounded out the lineup in 2022 with powerhouse vocalist **Daniel Schmuck**, discovered through a mutual connection after he blew them away with an epic cover—perfect for their quest to nail that classic heavy metal sound rooted in the gritty Dallas scene. All three started in the local metalcore and hardcore world, with Daniel known for top-notch recordings on bands like Power Trip and Frozen Soul, Tom in I AM and Frost Koffin, and Jayson bringing lead guitar fire from his projects.

Drawing from influences like Eternal Champion, Power Trip, and NWOBHM classics, they've dropped killer singles like **"King of the Pyre"** (Jan 2024), **"Crimson Terrain"** (May 2024), and their debut EP **Twist of Fate** in 2025 on No Remorse Records, packed with riffs echoing early Metallica and tales of overthrowing corrupt oligarchies.
