Sandra van Nieuwland

Sandra van Nieuwland is a Dutch pop singer who burst onto the music scene in 2012 through her participation in the third season of "The Voice of Holland." Born on February 16, 1977, in Delft, Netherlands, van Nieuwland made history on the show by becoming the first contestant to receive a gold award during the competition and the first to have four number-one hits in the Dutch Singles Top 100 while still competing.

Following her success on "The Voice of Holland," van Nieuwland released her debut album "And More" in 2012, which featured both new songs and some of her chart-topping hits from the show. She has since released several more albums, including "Banging on the Doors of Love" in 2013, "Breaking New Ground" in 2015, and "Human Alien" in 2018. Van Nieuwland continues to create music, with her most recent album "Wonderland" released in 2022.
