Eksman

Kevin Forrester, better known as MC Eksman, is a drum and bass musician born in Brockley, South London in 1980. He started his career in 1996 and spent years honing his skills before breaking into the forefront of the drum and bass scene. Eksman's big break came in 2003 when he was recognized as 'Best Newcomer' at both the Knowledge Magazine awards and the Accelerated Culture awards. In 2004, he won the 'Best Lyrical MC' title, for which eleven thousand people had voted worldwide.

Eksman has continued to make waves in the drum and bass scene, releasing tracks like "Drive by Car" produced by DJ Zinc, "Bad Man" on Frontline Recordings, and "They Don't Know" on D Style Recordings. He has also won 'Best MC' in the BBC Radio 1xtra Online awards and was featured as the first guest on the popular radio station. Recently, Eksman has been collaborating with his son J Mulla, who is following in his father's footsteps as an artist.
