Alnev, also known as Ari Rabin, is a 22-year-old singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. He grew up in a Chabad emissary home in Coral Springs, Florida, and later moved to Crown Heights, Brooklyn, during the COVID-19 lockdown. Alnev's music is characterized by his soulful voice and a blend of personal and emotional storytelling. His debut EP, "Vincent," captures his introspective style, with songs like "Van Gogh" and "Die for Family" offering a glimpse into his vulnerability. Musically, Alnev draws inspiration from both Jewish and secular influences, including artists like Panic At The Disco and Yaakov Shwekey.
Alnev taught himself how to play various instruments, including the piano, ukelele, and guitar. He began writing songs at the age of 15 and has been releasing music since 2019. Despite the challenges of making a career in the arts, Alnev is committed to his craft and believes in the transformative power of music. His recent releases include tracks like "Dying Star," "Young," and "Give Love," showcasing his evolving style and emotion-driven approach to songwriting.
