Whymen Grindin

Whymen Grindin, born Whymen Boyd, is a music producer from San Francisco, raised in Union City in the Bay Area. He began his musical journey in Atlanta while attending college, where he started producing demos for various artists. This led to a meeting with Jermaine Dupri, which opened doors for him to work on several gold and platinum projects. Whymen Grindin has also been involved in event promotion, notably hosting open mic nights at Magic City, a platform that helped launch artists like Future, Migos, and 2 Chainz. He draws inspiration from legendary producers such as Quincy Jones, Dr. Dre, Kanye West, and Metro Boomin. After a decade in the music industry, he shifted focus back to producing his own music projects.
