Munroe Effect

Munroe Effect was an underground alternative rock band formed in the summer of 2006 in Portsmouth, England. The band consisted of Daniel Sutton-Johanson on vocals, Andrew Waterman on guitar, Richard Worrall on bass, and Jack Stephens on drums. Their discography includes the debut single "Who's Throwing Rocks/Subterranean Death Clash" released in 2008, a 6-track EP titled *You Are Goldmouth* also from 2008, and their first album *ULTRAVIOLENCELAND*, which was released on May 30, 2011, after a three-month delay due to a family loss. The album's title is inspired by a Camille Rose Garcia painting. Following the album's release, Munroe Effect embarked on extensive tours across the UK, sharing stages with notable bands like The Subways and Young Guns.

The band's name is derived from Charles Edward Munroe's theory, known as the Munroe Effect, which relates to explosive reactions. Despite their promising start and energetic performances, there is limited information available about the band's current status or activities beyond their early releases and tours.
