Heliophile

Heliophile is a Dutch synthpop duo consisting of Gijs van Ouwerkerk and Maarten Vloon. Their sound blends elements of new wave, new romantic, and future pop, drawing comparisons to bands like Diorama and Apoptygma Berzerk. In 2017, they released the album "Permeate" on ScentAir Records, which featured tracks like "Towers to Fall," "Fall Over," and "Tranen van de Regen". The band's music often incorporates dynamic compositions, deep vocals, and a mix of retro and modern synthpop elements.
