Capilla Peñaflorida

Capilla Peñaflorida is a renowned Spanish early music ensemble founded in 1985 by musicologist Jon Bagüés. The group is named in tribute to Don Xavier María de Munibe e Idiáquez, Count of Peñaflorida, who promoted musical education in the Basque Country. The ensemble's musical direction is currently shared by Jon Bagüés and bass Josep Cabré, and they have also been led by guest conductors such as Christophe Coin and Fabio Bonizzoni.
