Nordic Light Trio is a Swedish jazz group formed in 2015. The trio consists of pianist Jan Lundgren, bassist Mattias Svensson, and drummer Rasmus Kihlberg. They are known for their melodic and atmospheric sound, which draws inspiration from both jazz and classical music. The trio has released several albums, including "For Jan" (2015), "Stars Above" (2017), and "Mellow Land" (2020). They have toured extensively throughout Europe and Asia, and have performed at prestigious venues such as the Blue Note in New York City and the Barbican Centre in London.
