Anti-Venöm

Anti-Venöm, hailing from Mexico City, began as a one-man band founded by Armando Razo (aka Raz Misery) in 2008. Initially, it was a solo project aimed at combining various music genres like punk rock, ska, reggae, electronic music, and metal. Over time, Anti-Venöm evolved into a three-piece band, including Raz's brother Alan on bass and Adrian on drums. The band's music often blends catchy melodies with themes of social issues, personal struggles, and politics, presented in a melancholic and introspective style.

Anti-Venöm has released a variety of works, showcasing its eclectic sound across albums and EPs, including titles such as "Peter & James," "Today, We're Dead," and "Thermonuclear Wasteland." The band's unique fusion of styles and themes has allowed it to resonate with fans in the underground ska/punk scene, both locally and internationally. Raz Misery is not only the lead musician but also handles much of the band's creative and promotional efforts. Despite starting as a solo endeavor, Anti-Venöm has grown to include a wider range of musical influences and collaborative energies.
