Gabiro Guitar, born Gabiro Girishyaka Gilbert on October 17, 1988, in Gikondo, Kicukiro District, Rwanda, is a talented singer, songwriter, and guitarist. He began his music career in 2010 and has since become renowned for his unique fusion of Afrobeat and African music. Gabiro's journey into music started early, as he joined his church choir at the age of 14, where he developed his skills as a singer and guitarist. He later pursued a degree in computer sciences from Kigali Independent University in 2014. His music often explores the joys and sorrows of life, making him a celebrated figure in the African music scene. Notable releases include albums like "Criminal Love" (2021) and "Girishyaka" (2022), along with singles such as "Switi Switi" and "Akaninja."

Gabiro Guitar's music is characterized by its emotive and captivating melodies, which have resonated with audiences globally. He has shared the stage with prominent artists like Adekunle Gold and 2Face Idibia, further solidifying his presence in the music industry. In 2022, he became the brand ambassador for Skol Pulse Beer, highlighting his growing influence beyond music.
