Valley Kids

Valley Kids is a five-piece band from the Te Awakairangi region, which includes the Hutt Valley in New Zealand. The band consists of Nai McGregor on vocals, Ihaka Tukapua on keyboards and vocals, Daniel Sugrue on guitar and vocals, Peter Riley on bass, and Keanu Te Kawa on drums. They have a rootsy and soulful sound, drawing from their diverse musical backgrounds in notable bands like Tomorrow People, NLC, H4lf Cāst, and Raw Collective. Valley Kids gained recognition with their debut single "Money" and have since released several tracks, including "Stuck In My Head," "Which Side Are You On?," "Otherside," "Moni," "Make Me Feel," and "Money." Their music reflects a blend of personal experiences and musical evolution, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and growth as artists.
