Swear Tapes is an indie rock band from Toronto, Canada. Formed in 2010, the band consists of vocalist and guitarist Alex Edkins, bassist and vocalist Ryan Gullen, and drummer Jordan Koop. Their music is characterized by its dreamy, atmospheric sound, with Edkins's introspective lyrics often exploring themes of love, loss, and longing. Swear Tapes have released four studio albums, including their critically acclaimed 2014 debut "Swear Tapes" and their latest effort, "Second Son," which was released in 2022.
