Ralph Zurmühle is a Swiss composer and pianist known for his emotive and contemplative solo piano music. Initially, he pursued a career in law, graduating from the University of Zurich with a Master of Law degree and working as an attorney for ten years. However, in 1999, he shifted his focus entirely to music, moving to Spain where he has since resided. His music career began with the release of his first album, "Between," in 2000, followed by critically acclaimed works such as "Communion," "Our Mother," and more recently, "Reverence." His compositions often blend elements of contemporary post-classical piano music with a deep emotional resonance.
