Eduards Grieznis is a talented Latvian pianist, composer, and educator known for his expressive solo piano music and engaging performances. He earned his Masters degree at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London and has participated in masterclasses with prominent pianists such as Matti Raekallio and Oleg Stepanov. A prize-winning artist, Eduards has been featured on Latvia’s national classical music radio and television, and his 2017 solo piano album was showcased in the Latvian documentary film “Spertāla kapričo”.
Currently pursuing a PhD at the London College of Music, University of West London, Eduards combines his artistic passion with research interests in folk music and autoethnography. He also teaches piano skills to students and actively contributes to charitable causes through his C.O.D.E. project, which organizes events to raise funds for children with brain cancer in Latvia. His music, including recent releases like "I Was Happy," "Sweet but Psycho," and "Christmas Time," reflects his heartfelt connection to the piano and creative arts.
