Markku Perttilä

Markku Perttilä is a Finnish guitarist born in 1975 in Ethiopia. He has been actively performing in Europe since 1994 with various ensembles. Perttilä is a versatile musician who has worked as a session musician, record producer, and arranger, earning him two gold records. He is also a composer, with his songs featured in several hymnbooks. Additionally, Perttilä has been involved in teaching and has contributed to music-related projects on Finnish television, such as the show "Nojatuolikirkko." Since 2005, he has been a member of the Finnish gospel band Exit.

Perttilä's recent releases include "Puolukkavarvas - Lastenlauluja Johanna Venhon runoihin," "Paradoksi," "Isän rakkaus (kitaraversio)," "Ylistys," and "Ikuinen ikävä." These works reflect his diverse musical interests and contributions to both children's music and spiritual genres.
