Yanakov earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from New York's Mannes College of Music and was a full-scholarship fellow at the Accademia Chigiana in Siena. He is the founder and conductor of the London Chamber Players and has made conducting debuts with notable orchestras like the Czech National Symphony Orchestra.
