Buckingham Nicks was a musical duo consisting of Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks, who later rose to international fame as key members of Fleetwood Mac. Before joining the legendary rock band, the pair released their only album as a duo, titled Buckingham Nicks, in 1973. While the album didn't achieve major commercial success at the time, it became a cult favorite over the years — showcasing the unique vocal blend and songwriting chemistry that would later help define Fleetwood Mac's classic sound.
The album features standout tracks like “Crying in the Night,” “Frozen Love,” and “Don’t Let Me Down Again,” which reflect the folk-rock and California pop influences of the era. Though it was initially released on Polydor Records and never officially reissued digitally, fans continue to seek out the LP for its historical significance and glimpses of the magic that would later come to full bloom in Fleetwood Mac.
