You Work For Me Now is an indie rock band from Los Angeles, California. The band was formed in 2016 by singer-songwriter and guitarist Ryan Policky, bassist and vocalist Emily Kempf, and drummer and vocalist Matt VanDyke. The band's sound has been described as a mix of indie rock, dream pop, and shoegaze. You Work For Me Now has released two EPs, "Tapes" and "Hopes and Dreams," and two full-length albums, "221" and "Late Bloomer." The band has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has shared the stage with bands such as The Pains of Being Pure at Heart, DIIV, and Beach Fossils.
