She is a singer, model, psychologist, and motivational speaker who gained wider public attention as a contestant on MTV Splitsvilla 10 in 2017. Hritu has a background in psychology, having studied at Sarojini Naidu Government Girls Post Graduate Autonomous College in Bhopal, and she also supports social causes through her work with the NGO Matra Bhumi Seva Sangathan.
