Kintral
Kintral is an experimental black metal band from Santiago, Chile. Originally formed under the name In Limini, the band changed its name to Kintral in 1998 following lineup changes. Their sound blends black metal with symphonic and progressive elements, reflecting influences from both metal and classical music. One of their notable works is the debut album *Catrala*, released in 2002, which draws inspiration from the life of the controversial Chilean figure Doña Catalina de los Ríos y Lisperguer. Kintral's music often explores themes of darkness and complexity, showcasing a unique blend of extreme music with additional artistic layers to convey their vision.
Recent releases by Kintral include *Damned Blessings 2007 (Remixed & Remastered)*, *Sonodrome*, and *Catrala*, among others, demonstrating their ongoing creative output and evolution in the metal scene.
