Moon Diagrams

Moon Diagrams is the solo project of Moses John Archuleta, co-founder and drummer of the critically acclaimed indie rock band Deerhunter. Archuleta introduced Moon Diagrams in 2017 with the release of his debut album "Lifetime of Love." The project diverges from Deerhunter's sound, delving into a mix of ambient, electronic, and experimental music, demonstrating Archuleta's versatility and deep engagement with the broader spectrum of musical expression. His work under Moon Diagrams showcases a profound exploration into the realms of texture, rhythm, and personal reflection, deploying an array of synths, drum machines, and samples to craft his unique soundscapes.

Following "Lifetime of Love," Moon Diagrams continued to evolve with releases like "Trappy Bats," a mini-album that mixed live drumming with electronica, showcasing Archuleta's ability to blend organic and electronic sounds in compelling ways. His subsequent releases, including "End of Heartache - Single" and "Very Much My Promise To You," further cement his reputation as a daring and innovative artist, unafraid to explore and express the complex emotions and experiences through his music. Moon Diagrams' work, characterized by its emotional depth and sonic experimentation, offers listeners a deeply personal and immersive auditory experience.
