David Alberman is a conductor and composer who has made a name for himself in the world of contemporary classical music. Born in London, Alberman studied at the Royal Academy of Music and the University of Cambridge. He has conducted many of the world's leading orchestras, including the London Symphony Orchestra, the New York Philharmonic, and the Berlin Philharmonic. Alberman is also a prolific composer, and his works have been performed by many of the same orchestras that he has conducted. His music is often characterized by its use of extended techniques and its exploration of new sounds and textures.
