Cut 'N' Move

Cut 'N' Move was a pioneering Eurodance/hip-hop outfit from Denmark that made significant waves in the early 1990s. Established in Aarhus in 1989, the group consisted of founding members MC Zipp (rap vocals), Thera Hoeymans (vocalist), and producers Jorn K and Per Holm, although the lineup would see changes over its active years. They achieved international recognition largely due to their energetic dance tracks and catchy hooks, blending rap with dance music elements seamlessly.

Their debut album, "Get Serious," propelled them onto the international stage, featuring hits such as "Get Serious (Take No Crap)" and "Spread Love," which became an anthem of positivity in the dance music scene. Over the years, Cut 'N' Move's sound evolved, but they always remained true to their roots in dance and hip-hop music. Albums like "Peace, Love & Harmony" and compilations like "Into The Zone '91-'96" and "For Fuld Musik" showcase the band's journey from their early days to becoming dance music veterans. Despite disbanding, Cut 'N' Move's contribution to the Eurodance genre continues to be celebrated, marking them as unforgettable figures in the 90's dance music scene.
