Trouser Enthusiasts

Trouser Enthusiasts is an electronic dance music production duo formed by Belfast-born Ian Masterson and David Green, active primarily in the 1990s. They gained recognition for their vibrant and creative pop and dance remixes, working with high-profile artists like the Pet Shop Boys, Dannii Minogue, Saint Etienne, Kylie Minogue, Gloria Estefan, Donna Summer, and many others. Between 1996 and 1998, they created over fifty remixes and productions, making a significant impact on the dance music scene. In 1999, the group shifted into a pop act with the single "Sweet Release," featuring female singer Mitch Stevens, which became a club favorite despite not charting in the UK. Beyond Trouser Enthusiasts, Ian Masterson has continued to build a strong career in producing and remixing for numerous pop stars.
