Deadcode

Deadcode is an electronic music project formed by Steve Morgan (guitar/producer) and Stephen Sims (vocals). Both members have backgrounds in cybersecurity, with Morgan based in Miami and Sims in California. They began collaborating remotely during the pandemic, creating a fusion of electronic and rock sounds influenced by bands like Linkin Park, Deftones, and Korn. The duo has independently released several tracks and worked with notable artists like Celldweller, KMFDM, and The Crystal Method on remixes. Their music and visuals incorporate themes from their cybersecurity expertise, building a high-concept narrative across their releases.
