Ustad Bismillahkhan

Ustad Bismillah Khan was a legendary Indian musician best known for bringing the shehnai—a traditional North Indian wind instrument—into the classical concert stage. Born on March 21, 1916, in Dumraon, Bihar, he came from a family of court musicians and developed a deep love for music early on.
