Sepehr Khalse, also known as Sepehr Shahabloo, is an Iranian-Canadian rapper and hip-hop artist who has made a significant impact on the Persian rap scene. Born on August 17, 1988, in Tehran, Iran, Khalse later moved to Vancouver, Canada as a teenager. He began his music career by releasing singles with his friend Sina Faryad Aflak, introducing a fresh style to Persian rap.
Khalse gained popularity for his laid-back and introspective style, releasing his first EP "Fekr o Khial" in 2014. His debut full-length album "Yadegari" came out in December 2015, exploring themes of loneliness and personal reflections. Khalse has collaborated with several prominent Iranian rappers, including Hichkas, Alireza JJ, Sijal, and Behzad Leito, which has contributed to his success. In 2022, he was announced as a new member of the influential Iranian hip-hop group Zedbazi.
