Nonconnah is the experimental sound project of Memphis-based husband-and-wife duo Zachary and Denny Corsa, crafting sprawling ambient collages that feel like sonic scrapbooks of the American South. Using repurposed gear, found sounds, and improvised instrumentation, their work layers ghostly drones with field recordings and accidental textures, often feeling like transmissions from a parallel universe’s folk tradition.
