Mal Robinson is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who has been making music for over 40 years. He is best known for his work with the band The Shadows, with whom he played guitar and sang lead vocals. Robinson was born in London, England, in 1943. He began playing guitar at an early age, and by the time he was a teenager, he was playing in local bands. In 1960, he joined The Shadows, who were one of the most popular bands in the UK at the time. Robinson played with The Shadows for over a decade, and he appeared on some of their most famous songs, including "Apache" and "Wonderful Land."
